NLD focuses on finished materials (tile, hardwood, LVP, carpet, and slabs); Sundry Pro Shop stocks everything needed to install them properly.

No. The counter is open to the public, and homeowners tackling a serious project are welcome. Licensed contractors, installers, and design-trade professionals can also enroll in the trade program for account pricing, terms, and priority will-call.

We stock the industry standards our regional installers rely on — including Schluter, Laticrete, Mapei, Custom Building Products, and TEC — plus specialty waterproofing and uncoupling systems for showers and wet areas. If you need a specific line for a spec, call ahead and we'll confirm availability or place a special order.

Yes. Most everyday sundries — thin-set, grout, trowels, blades, underlayment, transition strips — are stocked at the Columbia Falls counter for same-day pickup during business hours. Larger orders and specialty items may need a day or two.

For trade-program accounts, we can coordinate jobsite delivery of bulk setting materials and pallets across Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Lakeside, and the surrounding Flathead Valley. Delivery windows and fees depend on order size and location.

Yes — this is one of the most common questions we field. Our staff can walk you through membrane options (Kerdi, Hydro Ban, RedGard), the right modified thin-set for large-format porcelain, and grout selection for wet areas. Pair that with the shower and natural-stone tile we supply through Northern Lights Design and you have a complete, warrantable system.

The warehouse and Sundry Pro Shop counter are at 225 Kinnikinnick Lane, Ste C, Columbia Falls, MT 59912, open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It's roughly 15 minutes from Kalispell, 20 minutes from Whitefish, and minutes from Hungry Horse and Martin City on US-2.

No. Like Northern Lights Design, Sundry Pro Shop is a materials-and-supplies operation only. We don't perform installation or fabrication. We can, however, refer you to vetted independent installers across the Flathead Valley if you need help finding a qualified trade partner.
