Northern Lights Design is a specialty materials supplier of flooring, tile, stone, and countertop products. We provide product selection guidance, samples, delivery, and referrals to independent installation contractors. We do not perform installation services ourselves. Our website provides information about our products and allows you to contact us for consultations and quotes.

• Deposits may be required for special-order materials and slab holds

Installer Referrals

Northern Lights Design does not perform installation. When requested, we can refer independent installation contractors we've worked with. These contractors are separate businesses; their pricing, scheduling, insurance, and workmanship warranties are their own and are not provided by Northern Lights Design.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies vary by product type and manufacturer. General guidelines:

• Unused materials may be returned within 30 days with receipt
• Custom orders and special-order items are non-refundable
• Restocking fees may apply
• Installed products cannot be returned
• Defective products will be handled per manufacturer warranty
