Traditional shower construction relies on the tile and grout to manage water — and grout is porous. Schluter KERDI is a sheet-membrane system that waterproofs the entire substrate behind the tile, eliminating leaks even if grout cracks. We're an authorized Schluter dealer and strongly recommend it for every new shower build.
Yes. Curbless showers (also called wet rooms or zero-entry showers) are increasingly popular for both modern aesthetics and aging-in-place planning. We supply linear drains, slope-to-drain ready pans, and the tile and waterproofing needed for a clean, watertight install.
Mosaic porcelain or stone tile with a DCOF rating of 0.42 or higher is the standard for shower floors — the small grout joints provide grip while the DCOF rating certifies slip resistance when wet. We carry coordinated mosaic floor and full-size wall tile collections.
